Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid DataEngine Core programs confirmed by invoice. Website pricing is informational; refunds relate to confirmed seats and intensives only.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the program start date and no cohort materials beyond the welcome packet have been delivered. Partial refunds may apply between 13 and 7 days before start, typically 50% of fees paid, reflecting preparation costs.

Timeframe to request

Send refund requests within the windows above, or within 7 days after a program is rescheduled by DataEngine Core if the new dates do not work for you.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Full refund: timely cancellation, unused seat, no download of restricted cohort libraries. Partial refund: late cancellation still before start, or documented medical/emergency transfer where a seat cannot be filled. After the second live session begins, tuition is generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Non-refundable items

Third-party venue fees already incurred, custom research for Boardroom Intensive, and completed private coaching hours are non-refundable. Digital templates already unlocked to your account after the welcome phase are non-refundable as standalone items.

Refund process

Email contact@dataengine-core.digital with your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may require additional verification for Malaysian and international accounts.

Cancellation by DataEngine Core

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled seat. We are not responsible for separately booked travel.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under Malaysian consumer law remain unaffected. Force majeure events may delay delivery; refunds in those cases are handled case by case with fairness as the guide.
